Shipping Policy
At C4 Grafx and Printing, each item is custom-made upon order. Please allow up to 14 business days for production and delivery. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped or been delivered to the school, depending on the delivery method you selected at checkout.
Delivery Options:
- School Delivery: If you selected delivery to a school, your order will be sent to the designated location, and you’ll be notified via email when it arrives.
- Shipping: If you opted for standard shipping, your order will be shipped to the address provided. A tracking number will be sent via email for you to monitor your shipment.
Important Notes:
- All items are made to order, so refunds and exchanges are not available for incorrect sizes or items ordered. Please review your order carefully before submission.
- Defective items: If you receive a defective item, we will replace it at no cost. Contact us immediately for assistance.
- Do not contact the school regarding your order. All inquiries should be directed to us.
